When visiting a woman suffering from depression, we found a ten-year old girl, Fario, laying on a mat with flies crawling all over her beautiful face.
We were able to take photos and videos to send to a doctor friend. He will hopefully be able to diagnose her and tell us what treatment she needs. In the meantime, Sister Joachim and I made a little wheelchair for her so as to get her off the mat all day. We also gave the aunt (her caretaker) a fly net to keep them off her face. Fario was delighted with her first experience in the wheelchair!! Below is a video…..!
